About Josh Jerman
With a successful 22-year record of real estate sales on Maui, Josh Jerman has distinguished himself as an industry leader in Hawaii real estate.
Josh leads a team that includes sales partners Tim Stice R(B) and Sou Jerman R(S), along with an Operations Manager. He has been a top producing residential Realtor for over a decade, ranking #1 in Maui sales volume in 2023, #2 in 2024, and #1 again in 2025 - out of more than 1,800 Realtors in the Realtors Association of Maui. His practice covers luxury properties, new project sales, short sales, and REOs.
Raised Upcountry, Josh is a graduate of Baldwin High School and the University of Washington, where he earned bachelor's degrees in International Studies of the Asia-Pacific Region and Comparative Religion, cum laude. He has traveled to 23 countries and lived in Indonesia, Nepal, and Scotland. His adventures include hiking Machu Picchu and Everest Base Camp, canoeing the Amazon, swimming in the Ganges, sailing the South Pacific, fly fishing in the Seychelles, trekking the North Pole, and walking the Great Wall. The appreciation and respect for people he gained along the way inspired his commitment to community giving.
Josh's office is at The Shops at Wailea. A member of the Realtors Association of Maui since 2005, he served as a Director-at-Large for six years and currently co-chairs the Professional Standards Committee. He has served on the Hawaii Association of Realtors board for four years and is the current RPAC Chair, and he has been a member of NAR's Major Investor Council for more than five years. He is a former Maui Weekly real-estate columnist ("Ask Josh") and the founder of the Josh and Souk Jerman Foundation, which has given more than $86,000 to college-bound Maui County students.

Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
